Volume
Other than the bass drum, we usually do not need to mic the drums. Greg naturally plays his drums hard and we match our instrument/vocal volume to his. We realize many bar owners like to keep the volume at a reasonably low level and we do our best to do that. We can turn the volume down even more, however realize this may result in an undesired mix.

Setup/Teardown
It takes us one hour to setup our equipment and perform a sound check. We typically do not have a separate sound person monitoring levels. Matt and Travis are in charge of all levels. If something does not sound right, let either one know and they will make the necessary adjustments. Teardown will take about 30 - 45 minutes.
